Following active service in the U.S. Army, Bob Termuende earned a B.A. in geological sciences from the University of British Columbia in 1956. In his career, he has served as director and CEO of various exploration and production companies including Rio Alto Exploration, Kenton Natural Resources, Delaware Resources and Eagle Plains Resources. Mr. Termuende is a Life Member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta.

Mr. Robins is a professional geologist based in Vancouver, BC, with over 25 years of experience as an independent exploration geologist and entrepreneur. A 1984 graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Geology, Mr. Robins initially worked as a self employed prospector and geologist in BC and Northern Canada. In 1988, he founded Hunter Exploration Group, one of Canada's most successful private exploration companies. Mr. Robins has also been active in starting several successful public exploration and development companies culminating in 2005 with his co-founding of the Discovery Group of Companies. In addition to his role with the Discovery Group, Mr. Robins also sits on the Boards of several successful publically traded exploration companies.
His experience in everything from grass roots exploration to production is complemented by his success in the capital markets and financing activities. In 2008, Mr. Robins was recognized for his achievements in mining exploration by the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia with the H.H. "Spud" Huestis Award. This is recognized as the highest award given for mineral exploration and is awarded to those who have made "a significant contribution... to enhance the mineral resources of British Columbia and/or the Yukon Territory, through the original application of prospecting techniques or other geoscience technology".

Rick Kusmirski, P.Geo, M.Sc., has over 40 years of exploration experience in North America and overseas, and has actively participated in the discovery of a number of uranium, gold and base metal deposits. For several years, in his capacity as Exploration Manager, he directed Cameco Corporation's (TSX: CCO) uranium exploration projects in the Athabasca Basin. In 1999, Rick joined JNR Resources becoming Vice President of Exploration in 2000. Subsequently, he directed the exploration program that led to the discovery of the Maverick Zone on the Moore Lake uranium joint venture in the Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan with partner Kennecott Canada. Rick became JNR's President and CEO in January of 2001. In February of 2013, Denison Mines Corp. (TSX: DML) successfully acquired all of the outstanding shares of JNR by way of a friendly all-share take-over bid.

Jason Weber holds a B.Sc. in Geology and is a registered professional geoscientist. Mr. Weber was the President and CEO of Kiska Metals Corporation until October 2013, having held the position since August 5, 2009. Prior to Kiska, Jason held the same position with Rimfire Minerals Corporation from December of 2007 until the merger of Rimfire with Geoinformatics Exploration Inc. to form Kiska. Jason was appointed President and CEO of Rimfire after serving as its Manager, Corporate Communications from December 1999. His geological field experience includes projects throughout North and Central America with major producers and junior explorers and as a consulting geologist with Equity Exploration Consultants (formerly Equity Engineering Ltd.) from 1990 to 1999. Mr. Weber is also a director of the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia (AME BC), a not-for-profit organization promoting a healthy, sustainable and environmentally sound mineral exploration sector in British Columbia.

Mr. Diduck has over 30 years of experience in public accounting focusing on accounting, audit and taxation of small to medium sized businesses. Since leaving the public accounting sector his focus has shifted to required disclosure in financial reporting, disclosure controls and corporate governance in the junior mining exploration industry. He also holds the position of Director and Chief Financial Officer of following TSX Venture exchange publicly listed companies, Eagle Plains Resources Ltd., Omineca Mining and Metals Ltd., And is a Director of Northern Freegold Resources Ltd. He held the same positions with Copper Canyon Resources Ltd., until it was acquired by NovaGold Resources Ltd.
